My Top 10 Favorite Films of the Year (2010)

I have to say that this has been a pretty great year for film. There were a lot of great films that I was extremely happy with, which both  made and did not make this list. These are my top 10 favorite movies of the year. Please keep in mind there are still some films I wish I would’ve seen before making this list. The list is for what I have seen. Enjoy! 

1) Black Swan (Darren Aronofsky)

2) The Social Network (David Fincher)

3) Never Let Me Go (Mark Romanek)

4) Inception (Christopher Nolan)

5)  127 Hours (Danny Boyle)

6) The King’s Speech (Tom Hooper)

7) Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (Edgar Wright)

8) True Grit (The Coen Brothers)

9) Toy Story 3 (Lee Unkrich)

10) Kick Ass (Matthew Vaughn)


Some films that I haven’t been able to see before the year’s end are “The Fighter”, “Tron Legacy”, “I Love You Phillip Morris”, “Buitiful”, “The Kids Are All Right”, and “Please Give.” What did you think of film in 2010? What are your thoughts on this list? Please let me know your thoughts here.
